As the name suggests, Foot Care Supplies sells foot care products. Their e-commerce site offers a comprehensive range of chiropody products directly to the public, and the site also contains a number of advice pages that offer useful information, plus guidance on the most appropriate products for the condition involved.

We created the company's first website in 2005. After carrying out rebranding we have updated their website with a new look and feel to fit in with their new branding. This was an opportunity to incorporate more functions for the user, such as recently viewed products, account history, and the facility to e-mail a friend.

The updated website uses muted colours to give confidence, plus simple typography for maximum clarity and readability, while cartoon-style graphics are dotted throughout the site to help to keep it friendly and human. The overall effect is one of authority, reliability and functionality combined with friendliness - a difficult blend to achieve.
